Hi guys, I had the privilege of racing from the ABC box on saturday and to Oscar and Scotia a very big thank you. My feeling is that marketing is very poor at the moment. I dont blame Primedia, they must have been given a brief and a budget to work with. I honestly think we are missing the boat by oceans when it comes to attracting people to our great sport. We have great icons and role models that we need to use to market our sport, in 1 respect and surely be up to date with curent marketing tools. . I went bak to varsity last year to update myself with new trends and helped Hollywood entrench itself into a well recognised brand. We need to be more pro-active in getting things done. Just my opinion to get the ball rolling.

Oscar, i take that as a big compliment! I wil continue to strive to add value where i can. I would love to be able to do more, as we discussd, but that would mean big changes to certain powerz. I would be up for the challenge if the opportunity presented itself, but in the meantime am happy to pass on ideas if anyone there cares to listen! Our great sport needs all our help, but we need the powerz to take heed of what we say. Love life, love the game!
