Sunday racing highlights.
15 years 8 months ago
Good morning all, had a big party last night, so your contributions appreciated.
We have JJ running at Ascot at 12/1 and hope Tellytrack will catch the race.
Good racing from Ireland where Murtagh should be the man to follow he has Picture Perfect, and the days banker St Nicholas Abbey in the main race, can make it 2 from 2.
In addition Clairwood, Borrodale, Market Rasen and Musselburgh
Post your fancies if you have any money left after the Emerald Cup meeting.
good punting!

I am sure JJ needs a break now, but St Nicholas Abbey impressive.
St Nicholas Abbey as short as 8-1 for Derby
ST NICHOLAS ABBEY is the across-the-board favourite with bookmakers for the Investec Derby after maintaining his unbeaten record in impressive style in the Juddmonte Beresford Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday.
Boylesports shortened the Aidan O'Brien-trained juvenile to 8-1 (from 16) with Paddy Power also offering the same price from 14-1. Totesport and William Hill are 10-1 from 16, along with Ladbrokes and Victor Chandler, who halved the son of Montjeu's price from 20-1. The biggest price available is 12-1 with Stan James and Coral.
The race was won last year by Sea The Stars, and David Williams of Ladbrokes said: "St Nicholas Abbey looks open to massive improvement. We had no hesitation in making him Derby favourite on the back of his Beresford win and lofty reputation."
Electrolyser was the big mover in the Totesport.com Cesarewitch market, after landing the Listed Fenwolf Stakes at Ascot.
The four-year-old, fifth in the John Smith's Northumberland Plate, was slashed to 8-1 from 14 with Ladbrokes and Coral, and trimmed to the same price from 10-1 with Blue Square and Stan James.
Trainer Clive Cox said: "I don't think his stamina will be a worry - he wasn't stopping in the Northumberland Plate when he got boxed in and he'll be better with more cut in the ground."
The sponsors also trimmed favourite Darley Sun a point to 5-1 from 6.
Although a Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe bid for Dar Re Mi is still in the balance, the John Gosden-trained filly is now 16-1 (from 20) with Victor Chandler, while Ladbrokes have installed QEII winner Rip Van Winkle as 2-1 favourite for the Breeders' Cup Classic.

Did Tellytrack show Dar Re Mi's last race in France? She won but had the race taken away for impeding the 5th horse, a decision which caused a sh!tstorm in the overseas press. I was wondering if anyone here saw the race.
