20% share in beautiful 2 year old Kahal Filly available- has first run at Scottsvile this Wednesday.
Out of 5 time winning Broadway Gleam(remember George Mazaham?)
Bought as lot 154 at Sibaya last year.

Also 10% in Tamburlaine colt out of Fine Edge mare Little Saint. Juvenile in training in KZN and not far off first run.

R17 0000 cash for the two - no vat.

Or just the filly on her own for R15 000.

Forced sale due to financial pressure - pity because trainer chuffed with her progress and she is a lovely strong bull of a filly - bred by Bushhill.

Watch the replays of the Scottsville first race!!
Il Tanga, drawn 1, ran green, showed plenty of pace and finished a promising fifth after a very kind ride.

The price stands at R15000-fifteen thousand rands (20% share) in her. 10% in the Tamburlaine colt is R2000.

De Kock ran 2nd , 3rd and 4th in that race none of them trying too hard.

If that wins a race as a 3YR OLD , I'll eat my hat!

We finished just over a length off the Sheik's Kahal debutante who cost R350 000 more than us.

I'll take my chances - Puller horses never overbaked at first outing and so not the worst debut - and also can't get too hurt at this level of investment I suppose.

It's a tough game this - and really wouldn't have sold if I had a trust fund or sugar daddy!!

Thanks for the positivity Oscar and Mike.
I try to be impartial and realistic - not easy, but I was happy. I spoke to Mel Pillay last night and she said she never used the whip and she was hanging both ways.
