I remember a couple years back before I even knew of racing and was attending high school. Before I left for school they aired some programme in the morning, i think it was e-tv not DSTV cause we never had the magic back then, sort of like a run up to some major race. Anyways they broadcast the gallops in the mornings with trainers adding comments and videoing the preperation that goes into getting a horse ready for the races.
does anybody remember seeing such a thing on tv? If so what was it called and how did it start?
