Dave, thanks for initiating a good competition, and for providing the opposition. Thanks to the rest of your team for taking part... to note a few...Alcaponee has an eye for an outsider, Element..well if we had a transfer market I would have got my cheque book out...Oscar came to the party in impressive fashion this week. All in all, horse racing is what it is all about... and what we all demonstrated quite clearly is that armed with the same information... each of us interpret it differently..

Yes well done to freeracer and thanks to hollywood/David G for the challenge.
We will take a weeks break and consider the options going forward.

Whatever we do, it will be for the promotion of racing and with a bit luck a few credits for the winner!

It would be nice to start a drinking competition between ABC/FREERACER,and im sure we could use Scotia as our one and only representative,but it must be jwb only.

Scotia - You must have a bet on her with the winnings. This will at least make our winning total a bit more respectable. What odds do you think we will get or are you going the Betfair route? You may not have anything to bet with if you convert those rands to pounds though. Might be a bit of a Jack and the Beanstalk story if she wins.

Afternoon Al, I will have a bet with Hollywood, with the Hollybucks, should be around 4/1 looks a 3 horse race? Mind you Gajima's horse ran a big one on Sat at 100/1.

Places may be the right way though but I am sure Grecko Utd will steer you in the right direction.

I will be routing for her from Zimbali golf course all day on Wednesday.
