With Pistol Pete out the race, think Simply Majestic is the right one here. Dantonfromsandton was never Habib's first choice, no doubt he would have opted for this ride if he felt it had a winning chance.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Lots of entertainment on the racing front with 20 local races scheduled today; thoughts ....
R1: Juveniles always hard to judge, but imo Simply Majestic will get the better of Danton - and I think the debutantes will have to be quite good to beat the filly
R2: Time fo Orchids impressive last win, but imo neither Cornwall (inside draw but a small field) nor The Africa House (blinkers fitted again, best in here and may be better suited to a sprint at this stage) will be a walk-over
R3: Not easy - I think Teo Torriatte on her last run has the best form IF she gets the 2000 - obviously a few others not without chances
R4: Thunee Player tries further and he should be ideally suited to this trip based on the way he runs - I thought blinkers would assist, but over the trip it's probably not ideal; Master Tik Tok is improving and could prove the main danger with Dark SIlver (beaten only a head by the favorite last time - but needs to show he gets the trip imo);
R5: Competitive sprint where plenty have chances; I am going wide, even including runners like Danilo Danilovitch, Iphiko and Aussenkehr (though the inside draw may be against him here)
R6: Another open-looking contest; Silver Tudor has been disappointing lately over 1400, but reverts to a shorter trip which he should be better suited to; watch out for Dreamland who had a fair penultimate run in strong company, while not to many are without chances imo
R7: I think this is a two-horse war; Cullinan Blue has been impressive, but Virgin RIver did not really frank her last win, so imo Troppo Veloce has a lively chance of topping the favorite; the Peter runners will probably fight out 3rd, with One Fell Swoop looking the stable elect
R8: Open handicap; two obvious ones are Ryan's Boulevard and Presley, but La Moohal is improving and gets weight from the other two, so not without a chance with Godfather threatening to get another win; Munchkin may prefer shorter but probably worth another chance
R9: Another competitive handicap; imo the value at the odds is Exhale and Global Impact, but the 'Big F' would not be a bad choice in the last leg of the P6
R10: Kudzu probably the safest choice here even though the 1800 could be a touch on the sharp side and definitely no value at current odds
Enjoy
