.. police can do f@ckall as it still remains up to the party that initially laid charges to pursue the matter and pressure the designated investigating officer to get a prosecutor to want to take it to court.... this will take many months... as it is the NHRA official is said to be an ex-cop and will play and delay the process indefinitely .....if Peter s want pressure they should rather go civil and totally sink the NHRA....:ohmy:

.....one must not confuse the above case with the bigger issue in that another legal action has surfaced in that Tony engaged Adv.Nigel Riley to get the NHRA to immediately lift the interim suspension . The NHRA are now on the back foot and wide open to a damages and possible defamation suit......
