Does look a rather punter-friendly card - thoughts ....
R1: Archimedes made a good debut against Winter Greeting (now a 3x winner) - so must have a chance here and looks the value from the two at the top of the boards
R2: As in the first, I think Mia Fiore from pole position represents good value from the two at the top of the boards - she does need to beat the juvenile imo
R3: Broadlands odds-on again - and I think Queen Brittana is the right one with this long straight
R4: Quantifier has the form, but I think worth opposing; first choice for me is Wonder World, but all of Puerto Plata, Sword of Mercy (finding market support), Manz Knight and even Desert Fox and US Open can win this
R5: Luthuli good win last time and should make them run again; biggest danger imo is the recent Maiden winner Mambo Come Tesio, while Follow My Path could upset if he gets the trip
R6: Does look a 3-horse contest between the top 3 on the boards, but I'm including AllthewayfromUSA who is weighted to finish in front of Go Flichity (as is the case with Angel's Wish - but much better value offered by the longer shot)
R7: Competitive - Duke of Sussex runs well at this track, but has a slightly 'iffy' draw, so I think Bey Suyay is the right one here, from the two Van Vuuren runners
R8: Not an easy close, Milahue has fair Cape form and a neat draw, so is my first choice; Tizona made a quick trip to Durban on Saturday, so the traveling may be an issue; Quandary very nearly won last time - but has a wide draw and I think he may be better shorter; After Hours scraped in last time, but he has won twice this track and trip and pole position is an advantage - held at the weights by Quandary though
Enjoy
