Bob - Please Ask The TOTE

What is the way forward on local exotics on international venues? Once again tonight, we only have local exotics on a SINGLE venue, Wolves. Nothing on offer on the Dundalk meeting, nor on the PARX meeting? Punters want to have a bet on more than one venue, and the PA keeps one interested all evening. Can you please get a response?
Seems these exotics are offered on random days currently.

There should have offered exotics for the Dundalk meeting.

From May in the UK, they will be meetings in the UK that finish later on the Turf so I think they will cover two meetings.

On a Sunday they should cover the Ireland flat meeting as there are feature races and if possible on Saturday as well. The fields are much bigger in Ireland.

A note to them, is that in USA, from next month, Belmont, will have all the major races so they should cover that first instead of Gulfstream Park or Woodbine.

240 has amazing coverage of the Dundalk meeting, so the problem is definitely not there. Even Lyall in studio was surprised that there were no exotics.

Senior members of tote staff and 4 Racing monitor the forum, if they don't rectify issues raised they can't be arsed

No response forthcoming. Gone are the days when the higher ups actually understood how turnover and churn worked.

Reminder. Again tonight. Only Southwell with exotics. Might as well not bet on the tote any longer.

The problem here is that even if you don't play on the tote you not gonna find the exotics with the bookies.
The tote is stuffing it up for everyone.
Close the tote down all together and get the bookies to sort out the exotics with their own pools which I think will be double or even treble the current tote pools.
You can say whatever you want on forums and to them personally but they just couldn't be bothered.
Time for them to pack it up because they are useless and wasting Mary's money.

Can HollywoodBets start offering their own Pool exotics? They have the client base. Seeing as the TOTE can't be bothered.

Bookmarkers in overseas offers you the option to put more than 1 selection in any market from horse racing to sports. So you can take an exotic with the bookmakers in any race or sport but it is not pool betting.

I have been asking for years for South African bookmakers to do this which in bookmakers language is called a "system bet". Betxchange is the only bookmaker that gives you the option to add more than 1 horse in the same leg in an accumulator or sport.

Why will a bookie offer pool betting, when they take all with the open bet?

Because the tote is not offering them, hence no opportunity to take them on open bet.
