Computaform online crap

There is no way on their site to increase subscription or check what your latest subscription is, either logged in or logged out. Access is denied now all of a sudden and I’m pretty sure my subscription is up to date. And they wonder “eish why are owners getting out of this game and why are the pools so small’.call me and I will tell you people why.
I have phoned 5 times already no answer. I have sent them 5 online complaints not one acknowledged nor any messages back yet.
This is why I’m starting to hate local racing!

Thanks my friend but I want what i paid them, that one on tab online is not properly done as was the online site.
One would really expect that they would have sorted the problems they have already over the past 18 months but obviously it’s just got worse.
We know the bar to some of their problems is set very low in this industry. If I left these kind of problems in the industry I am in to just go on and on believe me our customers would leave a day later .
It’s a disgrace their call centre now can’t take calls at all. I wish a private company would have come along and gone into opposition to them, the bookies have proved that can be very easily done over and over again.
It needs to be done in other sectors of their business model just for the fun of it.

Can you explain that comment Oscar? I always thought the Computaform we're getting for free was the same as the one you subscribe to?

As a follow up question, what does foto form help with? I've never used it, and only seen it in the computaform help page. Is it useful?

Sure there is extra info like 800 - finish times etc
Plus you can get results with 400 to finish times

This afternoon a lady called Sue got hold of me on one of the mails i had sent, finally a person who knows what they doing and understands customer needs and is going to sort my problem out. I must say that their are now 2 proper business people that have got back to me on issues I have trying to get clarity from
1. Cherise in charge of hospitality and the boxes at Turfontein
2. Sue from Computaform
Good step forward for 4 Racing to start and hopefully hang onto these 2 ladies you will always know those departments are now well looked after.

Glad you got sorted Oscar.
Sue has been with Computaform for many years (she was even there before I joined in 2012).
During the time I managed Computaform, she was always someone I could count on.
She is very customer focused and will do everything in her power to make sure queries are sorted and clients are happy.
Good to zee she is still there and helping.

Sue sounds like she is a diamond in the rough. Insofar as Cherise goes, I don't share your viewpoints but I'm glad that she looked after a paying customer.
