To be honest would think you have to phone.
Have never seen a facility to void a bet, especially after a race 😃

Have never seen a facility to void a bet, especially after a race 😃

Provided the race has not been run and there is no change in the betting in the race where you've taken the "wrong" horse, they will cancel the bet

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
