Second blood to the Cape

For me this just highlights the quality of horse that usually runs in PE, and it is no wonder that we're always getting trainers' fifth string 30/1 horses winning after being backed in here. Good on the Cape for bringing some more competition, and making sure that trainers can't ffff around with their actual good horses, bringing them to the course fit and ready, rather than underpreparing them and waiting for the stable cat to take the race.

If anyone can speak highly of the state of local racing after that joke of a result, they really need to take up motivational speaking as they can see the silver lining in a cloud of shit.
