Scott and William told to vacate.

Many will know Scott and William as they have been doing the catering for Phumelela as long as I can remember.

Things could not have been easy for them over the last covid period 😢

They have now been given notice to vacate their office before the 28th of Feb.

Another sad chapter in racing and we wish them all the best for the future, two great racing gentlemen.

This is very sad, albeit unexpected news and I feel for both these fine gentlemen and their staff. It could not have been easy for them in these troubling times. The question that needs asking and has not is why, and why now almost a year after shutdown for the public to attend racing.

The answer may be in the list of money owed by Phumelela to creditors. When doing my research I noticed a significant amount had been refused by the suit with regards to Isizwe.

......what now, no catering at Turffies.....do the trainers now have to bring their own sarmies and a flask of tea....:oops:

......or has some food truck entrepreneur been empowered to take the gap.....:huh:

I wonder how Angie (Kelvin’s widow) and her crew are doing with Kelvin’s bar.

Frankie Zackey...Do you think that Patrick Davies gives a damm? how many families has he destroyed...How they've allowed him to still run our Horseracing from the UK is a absolute disgrace,, now you know why racing is in such a mess...Scott and William you'll be sorely missed,, all the best going forward
