Will always remember your win with Taranaki in the 1977 Castle Tankard. How could I ever forget. Taranaki also went on to win the 1978 Tankard.

He trained one of my favourite PE horses, Jewel House, which won a good few times. He was one of the old school trainers, no excuses,no ducking and diving, just straight up
