Apparently regulation 28 being amended to allow (read co-erce) pension funds to invest in infrastructure projects...should have been funded from taxes if so much was not inefficiently used or stolen...

Agree with 2cents Flower Of Scotland is going to run a fine race as the workriders will go really fast which will suite her - On daily times in her last start both the horses that finished just ahead of her and just behind her won 2 races in a row - evens for 4 places
