Is Work Rider Initiative falling apart?

seems a lot of problems with discipline lately.

if horses are getting panel beaten in the races, will owners keep allowing their horses to participate?

if Jockeys weight out wrong and get disqualified, will punters support the races?

Is James Maree still involved, or is it JUST ANOTHER free for all run by Guildeline entity NHRA?
