AntePost Help Please

Morning Guys,

I took 3 horses all to win in an ante post marker, and if 1 horse didnt make the final field - is my entire bet void or do I still have the double going?

Thanks

Bets a loser 100%

You should actually only use ante-post if you see a price that`s too good to be true (in your opinion)

And only bet ante-post knowing you and the bookie are taking risks

You got to know overall most things are in the bookies advantage.
And even if you win big you can probably do it once then you get limited.
Just look who's bailing out Gold Circle, that says a lot doesn't it.

You back a horse at 20/1 and it wins at 5/2 , that`s in the bookies favour?

I once backed a horse at 33/1 that won at 9/2

Works both ways!

reminds me of some of the Dick Francis novels I've read. Those are great racing tales!

Again just using my old memory but the owner of Sir Ivor, think it was sir Raymond Guest took a punt to win the Derby at 200/1 as a yearling? it was money on when it won!

How often does that happen here?Overall the bookies are way ahead. The amount of horses that actually don't make the final field makes up for it and more.
Look at Hawwaam for the july, you backed it ante post your moneys gone.

Possibly HW is making huge turnover which makes business sense of oiling the worn out tab which mirror the pools that we are not betting into.
