Race 1

Cedric Jonker

No 1 Stormy Weathers is coming off an improved run and I am expecting a good run and she will be in the places.

Robbie Sage

No 2 Varnica: It is a bit short for her but I am expecting to get involved with the finish.

Corne Spies.

No 3 Sapphire Rock: I was expecting a good run from her when she got scratched at the start last time. We did not find anything wrong with her. She is working well so she must have a chance.

No 7 Elusive Breeze is probably going to still be a bit green.

Ashley Fortune

No 10 Itunesyou will need the experience.

Mike Azzie

No 11 Karino is a nice filly, could run a decent race, will be a bit green.

Race 2

Stephen Lerena

No 1 Flaming Opal should need the run.

Robbie Sage.

No 4 Super Duper should be involved with the finish.

Corne Spies

No 15 Some Adventure: It is hard to make your debut this distance so I am expecting to be a bit green.

Race 3

Scott Kenny

No 8 Hidden Agenda is consistent and is fit and well. He should be competitive again.

Gerald Walker

No 11 Crimson Gold ran a poor race but it was after his vaccinations so I am expecting a better run from him. His work was good until today.

Corne Spies

Both my runners, No 12 Conquari and No 13 Bouncing Tigger have a tough task at the weights but I will not be surprised if they earn some money.

Race 4

Gerald Walker

No 10 Picatrix ran a poor race after her vaccinations and I am expecting a better run. She has been working. She is bred for 2400m-2800m so she should have no problem with this distance.

Heather Adamson

No 11 Countess Trenton ran a nice race last time out. Her work has been nice and she is looking good.

Race 5

Robbie Sage

No 9 No More Words is trying 1800m and if she stays she can place.

Race 6

Fabian Habib

No 1 Scoop: His work has been exceptional. He has a strong Eachway chance in a competitive field.

Corne Spies

Of my 6 runners carded my preference is for No 6 Singforafa.

No 11 True Charm and No 12 Imperial Duchess are both coming off nice wins over the weekend and are not out of it.

No 10 Snow Palace returns from a break and will probably find it a bit short but might place.

Race 7

Grant Maroun

No 2 Queens Jet: I am looking for an improved run.

No 9 Chloes Mambo needs to improve.

Tobie Spies

No 7 Pretty Jolly: It has been 364 days since she last won. It would be nice if she won again but I am not too confident with her.

Race 8

Brett Warren

No 7 Elliptical has a chance.

Cedric Jonker

No 8 Silver Hub is in a very strong race but he might place.

Karino very short price.
prefer Flurecent over the azzie horse in race 2
hidden agenda holding form
Hearts Saint wings in race 4
circle of Latitude
Spies has half teh field . some nice three year olds stepping out.

A very tough card bar the first 2 races:

R1: Dogs are obviously barking about the first timer; as per usual I'm going each-way on apprentice Dicken - Stormy Weather - well drawn, nice price

R2: Looks to be an Azzie double; Flower Season won't find an easier opportunity; Flaming Opal, Super Duper and Fluorescent to fight out 2nd

R3: And now the trouble starts; Nordic Rebel has the best draw of the fancied runners, so my first choice, but not many without a chance; I'm going each-way again on apprentice Dicken - Full of Attitude sure has to find his earlier from some day nad has pole position to help today

R4: Hear Stwings and Animal Lover stand out; again I think apprentice Dicken has a place chance with The Bee's Knees (blinkers on, so may improve); Countess Trenton seems well in; many others can pop up

R5: Not getting any easier; with the allowance, I think Rabia the Rebel will stretch them out and may hold on; but again not too many that look to have no chance

R6: Grad Plate, complicated by many returning from rests; Singforafa has found all the support, but stable mates not to be ignored imo, especially the classy Snow Palace (is Murray taking the ride for next time?); Scoop rumored to be working well and should make them run; Crown Guardian the value imo

R7: Got to take a stand somewhere; Rosalina imo has a lot going for her and in a weak field should take some catching; Hear the Trumpet off form, but may place at these weights

R8: Fire to the Rein now has the best draw, and not the worst choice as a banker; if that gets beat, I believe it is very open being a handicap; Mighty Storm from a nice draw place chance at the weights imo

Enjoy B)

MAJESTY RHEA (WIN)

Blinkers on

Drawn 1

Last race never showed

Penultimate run over C/D finished in 6th place 7.50lengths off the winner in a stretched out field (win time 70.41)

Most of the runners have moderate form...but drawn wide

BAT ORCHID OR WINTERWIND

(E/W ON BOTH)

Their last runs over the TFI 1600m
Was won by Christmas Flower...that field was stretched out/the pace was way off as the front runner went fast upfront

No 1 Flaming Opal should need the run

Must be a champion when it can run like that needing the run
