Race 1
Dennis Drier/Stuart Ferrie
No 8 Black Beauty - Hoping to see improvement on her barrier trial
No 14 Sloane Ranger - Hoping to see improvement on her barrier trial
Paul Lafferty
No 6 Bint El Malak - She could make it into the money if she can
overcome her wide draw
Alyson Wright
No 3 Dancing Princess - She is very well and is in with a place chance

Race 2
Wayne Badenhorst
No 7 Transonic - If he can settle in the early stages, he will run a good race
Paul Gadsby
No 9 Sherwinz Joy - Improving with blinkers, could sneak into quartets
Michael Roberts
No 10 Shining Bright - He's a nice horse who ran a good race first
time out and will be even better suited to this 1400 meters trip
Alyson Wright
No 2 Red Hot Night - He doesn't have the best of the draws but should
again run an honest race

Race 3
Wayne Badenhorst
No 2 Frankie Two Shoes - He's drawn a bit wide but he is fit and well
and does seem to like Greyville. Should be in the money
No 1 Just Prime - Comes back to the 1400 meters trip and should run a nice race
Michael Roberts
No 9 Fortified - He was very disappointing first time out but he is
bred for further and should improve over this longer trip
Alyson Wright
No 11 Matterhorn - Nice horse and i'm expecting a good run

Race 4
Duncan Howells
No 7 Saipan - Hoping to see a better run over this longer distance

Race 5
Dennis Bosch
No 4 Frozen Tune - Hoping to see improvement over this longer trip
Paul Gadsby
No 1 Techno Captain - He can be temperamental but if he behaves on the
day, he should have a decent chance
Duncan Howells
No 12 Who Says - Hoping to see an improved run
Michael Roberts
No 8 Prince Ardent - He's very well and will be better suited to this
1800 meters trip but has drawn rather deep which is a concern
No 2 Viento - He ran below expectations last time but he should be
competitive in this field
Alyson Wright
No 5 Sea Sponge - He's well and has a place chance

Race 6
Wayne Badenhorst
No 2 Imperial Royal - She just needed her last run and should give
cheek here with the 4 kilo apprentice allowance off her back
Duncan Howells
No 6 Silver Raisin - She does seem to prefer the Scottsville track but
could make it into the quartet
Mike Miller
No 9 Path To Glory - She's very well and we're hoping to finish in the placings
Alyson Wright
No 3 Roy's Pony - She is very fit and is in with a place chance
No 1 Scarlet Chill - She does not have the best of draws and may also
just need this run

Race 7
Dennis Drier/Stuart Ferrie
No 4 Champenois - Met stronger opposition in her last two races. She
could run into the money here
Mike Miller
No 8 Call Me Winter - She's very well and we're hoping to finish in the placings

Race 8
Paul Lafferty
No 10 Romanesca - Nicely drawn , place chance
No 4 Sauvage - He's very well and should run a good race
Michael Roberts
No 11 Dale House - He returns from a break and has a wide draw to
contend with but is well in himself and always tries his best.
Alyson Wright
No 8 Northern Route - May need this run
No 3 Someone Exciting - She's trying this longer distance but is very
well and has a money chance
