The reconciliation of the points is incorrect. At a glance as there could be more errors.
Bunker Hunt ran 3rd not Charles.
The Poinsettia was a Grade 3 therefore all of Freedom Charter, Elusive Heart and Sugar Girl points are incorrect.

Your entry has 95 points (your entry is currently ranked 37).

“Please note, Charles was incorrectly recorded as having finished third in the Gr.2 KRA Guineas where it should have been Bunker Hunt. This will be amended immediately and the 6 points allocated correctly. Our apologies for the error.
Freedom Charter earned the Long Shot bonus of 5 points which earned her a total of 14 points.”

CHARITY TURF CHALLENGE 2019 sponsored by TRACK & BALL
The first leader board for this year’s Charity Turf Challenge sponsored by Track & Ball Gaming has been released!
Leading entrant is DURBAN12 who has amassed 124 points with his entry listed below:
Horse1: HAWWAAM Points: 20
Horse2: PACIFIC TRADER Points: 20
Horse3: RETURN FLIGHT Points: 14
Horse4: UNDERCOVER AGENT Points: 14
Horse5: CASCAPEDIA(IRE) Points: 14
Horse6: SCHIPPERS Points: 14
Horse7: CHIMICHURI RUN Points: 10
Horse8: NATIONAL PARK Points: 9
Horse9: FRONT AND CENTRE Points: 9
Horse10: SOQRAT(AUS) Points: 0
Horse11: SPEEDPOINT Points: 0
Horse12: TILBURY FORT Points: 0
BLUEBIRD, NEIL MOODLEY4 and NEIL MOODLEY10 are in the following pack on 120 points.
We thank entrants for their patience and look forward to watching the drama unfold as the season gets into full swing.
This weekend’s big race is the Gr.2 World Sports Betting Greyville 1900, a significant pointer to the Vodacom Durban July and one that offers entrants the chance of earning good points for the competition. The powerful Snaith team has three competitive entries, not least the much talked about DOUBLEMINT (Twice Over), the sixth placed SUNMET runner who escaped the NHRA’s then interpretation of their “handicapping guidelines” and comes into the July picture with a serious chance at the current weights. The supporting feature is the Listed East Coast Cup worth 2 points to the winner where the current favourite is another Snaith runner, MYABI GOLD (Silvano), who made an impressive start to her winter campaign.
The first of the R500 betting vouchers kindly donated by TabGold will be drawn by Deez Dyanand during the course of the afternoon.
The next leader board will be released on Monday, 20 May.
Until then, good racing and best of luck with the rest of the competition!

Re: FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT of the 2019 CHARITY TURF CHALLENGE

There was little change at the top of the leader board following the running of Gr.2 World Sports Betting Greyville 1900 run on Saturday. However, the return to winning form of Glen Kotzen’s EYE’S WIDE OPEN gave SHIVI3ZN28 a smart leg up from 43rd position to joint 6th on 111 points, some 13 adrift of our leader, DURBAN 12. To name a few, other notable improvers included DURBAN 14 who scored 6 points with MADE TO CONQUER and DANS DOMINATOR 7 and IN MEMORY OF THE LATE ANNY SEVLALL 6 who shrewdly entered MAGNIFICENT SEVEN (9 points) to move within striking distance of the leader.
The top ten is currently:
1. DURBAN 12 – 124 POINTS
2. BLUEBIRD – 120 POINTS
NEIL MOODLEY 4
NEIL MOODLEY10
5. DURBAN14 – 116 POINTS
6. SHIVI3ZN28 – 111 POINTS
ALFA2
DANS DOMINATOR 7
NEIL MOODLEY 6
10. NEIL MOODLEY 8 – 110 POINTS
IN MEMORY OF THE LATE ANNY SEVLALL 6
KEVIN A 12
This weekend the action moves to Scottsville for the Festival Of Speed with four Gr.1 sprints including the first of the bonus races, the Tsogo Sun Sprint worth 25 points to the winner. The race looks somewhat dependent on whether Brett Crawford allows the yard’s top miler, UNDERCOVER AGENT, to take his chances over the stiff 1200m off top weight of 60kgs. Racing fans will know full well that many of our sprinters who went on to perform with distinction overseas managed to win the race with top weight, including JJ The Jet Plane and Shea Shea. In the SA Fillies Sprint, the classy SNOWDANCE starts her KZN campaign for the Justin Snaith yard. Having mainly been kept to Gr.1 miles in her career, this free running daughter of Captain Al will surely relish the stiff track and has a weight advantage over all of her rivals. Possibly the fast improving, SCHIPPERS, will give her the most to think about. Final fields are due out by 11h00 tomorrow.
Racing fans are reminded that Gold Circle is putting on a bus from Greyville to Scottsville, departing at 10h30 and returning at 17h15. The cost is R100 per ticket which includes a R50 betting voucher and a free racecard, so book your place with Zain Adams on 031 314 1788 and COME RACING!
The winners of the first of the R500 betting vouchers kindly donated by TabGold are:
HOTWASP 2

Congratulations! You will be contacted in due course by the TabGold team.
The next leader board will be released on Monday, 27 May.
Until then, good racing and best of luck with the rest of the competition!

CHARITY TURF CHALLENGE 2019 sponsored by TRACK & BALL
CHIMICHURI RUN lept to the top of the leader board with a stylish victory in the first of the competition bonuses, the Gr.1 Tsogo Sun, and now looks to be the dominant sprinter of his generation. On a day that belonged to the Sean Tarry yard, CELTIC SEA, flew up late to take top honours in the Gr.1 SA Fillies Sprint ahead of the ever consistent SNOWDANCE who advertised her well being for the remainder of the season. And, in Cape Town, VARDY staked his claim for a possible tilt at the Vodacom Durban July when easily accounting for ONE WORLD in the Gr.3 Winter Classic, earning his supporters a valuable 9 points in the process.
On the “human” leader board, there was some shuffling of the pack and now NEIL MOODLEY 10 leads by 4 on 159 points from DURBAN 14 who is another 4 points clear of the joint third placed SHIVI3ZN 21 and LETS GO BIG 19.
The top ten is currently:
1. NEIL MOODLEY 10 – 159 POINTS
2. DURBAN 14 – 155 POINTS
3. SHIVI3ZN 21 – 151 POINTS
LETS GO BIG 19
5. DURBAN 12 – 149 POINTS
KEVIN A 12
7. SHIVI3ZN 23 – 146 POINTS
8. IN MEMORY OF THE LATE ASHLEN SEVLALL 1 - 144
9. SHIVI3ZN 19 – 143 POINTS
10. CCP 2 – 140 POINTS
This weekend, the action moves to Greyville for the historic and prestigious running of the two Gr.1’s for the country’s best middle distance three year olds, the Daily News 2000 and the Woolavington for fillies. The Gr.3 Lonsdale Stirrup Cup offers the older stayers in the competition a chance to get on the leader board, but all eyes will be on the fascinating KZN debut of HAWWAAM who is likely to start a very short priced favourite in the Daily News 2000. FRONT AND CENTRE made a very encouraging start to her local season and is the rop rated filly in the Woolavington Stakes. In the Lonsdale, STRATHDON returns to action in preparation for a tilt at the eLan Gold Cup on 26 July. A racemeeting not to be missed!
The winners of this week’s R500 betting vouchers kindly donated by TabGold are:
NARESH GHIRDHARI
PRISH 007 - 3
Congratulations! You will be contacted in due course by the TabGold team.
The next leader board will be released on Monday, 3 June.
