.....got an issue with an online deposit......been on call holding for 25min.....:S

.....eventually cut the call and made another deposit.....which worked......then tried calling them and now not even an option to leave a message.....when I last had an issue I left messages....and in the interim was sorted out when Rob Scott intervened....then 2 to 3 hours later I got responses to the messages....
so will I have to wait until after the P6 for them to find my missing deposit.....or do I continue to phone and hold to get a response to sort out before they respond which still could be many hours away .....:whistle:

Mmmmmmm, the free gift is nice.

Does not make up for the daily injuries like missing deposits.

TAB needs to get the I-Pay facility.
The SD payment system fails time and again.

And then we come back for more.........

.....I phoned back and actually got trough but in the interim made a further deposit to get on.... the call was answered very quickly so the jungle drums from here must have gotten some action.....the lady that traced my missing deposit (which is now becoming a regular issue) actually thanked me for calling....:huh: WTF if you dont call or forget to follow up.....the money goes to unclaimed tickets slush kitty,......:ohmy:
