Customer What!!!!!

Since Monday I've been trying TAB customer service line but just no reply just Graham Hawkins voice message. They told be that my withdrawal would be done Monday. It's been taken off my online acc then put back the next day then 2 hours later off my acc again but never going intp my bank acc as requested. This is disgusting they have no clue about customer service and I've now tried 15 times this morningto call to no avail. So they sit with my money .I'm pissed off.

I am trying to get a reply but suely cant still be using the voice of GH ?
If yes the tape cassette must be due an update lol

......it's Nico K voice on the PGL customer services line.....yeah called them a few times yesterday with deposit problems....the staff sounded really like they were in holiday mode.....maybe we stop punting on all holidays....then give up week end punting too....because the staff sound like they just not in to it....so punters may just choose to get out of it....:dry:

Hi Dave txs for your efforts its much appreciated . It was a withdrawal from the TAB online acc so I'm guessing Phum. However after my 16th call and holding on forever I have just spoken to a lady who says she is unsure of what is happening but will call me back. In all fairness I'm not holding my breath. Once again without constantly moaning it is neccessary for them to hear how bad there service actually is.
Ok and while typing this message Sisipho has called back with a strange explanation that it was the last day of the year etc etc etc. I'm grateful that at least she called back promptly and hopefully the transaction will now happen. Once again txs to ABC for your intervention it is really appreciated.

.....the sooner Fat Boy Slim gets all the customer service staff and telly bet operators on a crash course of telephone manners and an attitude adjustment the better.....dealing with these people is most off putting .....and I cannot believe that with the migration of many to online betting that they cannot retain a select number of efficient and courteous telephone operators that make one feel that the fullest attention is being given when trying to sort out the occasional problem.....FFS most of these people think that the average punter must be some deranged sicko and speak to us like we are absolute idiots.....then again there may be punters that are actually deranged idiots for putting up with this shocking service and bad attitude.....:huh:

......also tried Telebet to check balance and place bets....playing a message that they only open at 9 AM.....:huh:

......got trough to Tellybet 5 min ago......so the general message is for customer services.....my balance is now zero.....if I dont win in race 1 I cannot bet until they open and unlock my account.....oops needed the 7 in the quinella and the 8 for places......

.....OK to speed things up and get a message through to them so I can try get some action as soon as they are able to respond I try send a forgotten PIN no message to them.....in the address field I keep getting an error message that they do not allow numerals in this field....rather strange every address has a number or numbers....so then I drop the number....then it tells me I have too few or too many characters in the field.....FFS they sure make it difficult to try communicate with them.....I eventually give a different address with no numbers and form is accepted.....not holding my breath for them to eventually contact me.....I'm going to have to go with the open bet at WSB or G Bets today.....:ohmy:
