Systems used in Punting
7 years 2 months ago
Hi All,
Would like to start a discussion on systems, staking plans, best bet types and their methods.
Lets share some ideas.
Lets also not forget mathematics in punting: the Power of Numbers

Dont ever read trainers comments. Trainers work for the owners and not the punters.

Punt for enjoyment....not to make money. Winnings are a bonus

No betting system can convert a subfair game into a profitable enterprise- “sela”, end of story
If your gambling picks don’t show a profit on a level staking plan, improve your picks but not your staking plan. My level stake is not the same for all sports- one for rugby, one for soccer, one for horses etc.
Always be aware of what percentages you are betting into

Ignore SA Racing. Back on HK and Kranji. Odds are mich more in the punters favour...even before they jump you already have an 'edge'

After 3 years of punting on SA horses only I found that managing money is the most important step in betting. And never to overthink. After 3 years i took a break and in that break I realized that it is indeed very simple. You will always lose and you can not do anything about it. Just managing your losses and most importantly your mentality in losing streaks will give you much better results. Just my 5 cents. Happy punting!
