Watched the race a few times more. Even better run from Marinaresco than I thought. Silicone Valley repeatedly infringed him, once early in the race and down the straight hangs a bit into him then as Aldo produces him, Legal Eagle shifts outward affecting him as well. Would have been clear second if not for these.

Problem is the pace in the Met won't be like this. If there's a pacemaker, they won't beat him.

Well he has let us down before in the Met, but if he looks as well as he did on Saturday then would be bullish. Thought he looked exceptional going down.

The Met is now straight WFA plus 2.5kg fillies allowance. The WFA is 6kg.
On the official ratings of 123 for LE and 108 for OS she is thus 5kg under sufferance.
However, LE has earned that rating over 1600m, and I think that 120 is enough to win this year. So she needs to improve about 4kg on her rating.
I think that the 108 awarded was too high, although justified on what she beat- I think she ran about 103.
She can improve more, but I think this is a very tough ask for her.
However, she can’t beat Snowdance in the Majorca, and already has a Gr1 for stud so they have nothing to lose by having a go.

She would be a big runner in the Derby
