They can take away anything that he has realized (gain) up to 2 years ago... :blink: And that includes ALL current assets etc.
Believe me, with the offloading of theses shares at the moment the BIG news is still going to come out!.

Took Magda half an hour to find the irregularities but the Sygnia active managed fund has Steinhoff and EOH in it, hypocrite. If this was Naspers I'd love to hear her comments considering her 'diversified' passive funds hold 25% of the share.

Magda tracks indexes so she can’t avoid a stock that is part of an index
Fellows the auditors have been signing these accounts off for years . The company just paid 5 billion of debt and bought back shares for around 1 billion after the Star listing . They would have needed approval for that . The collateral damage to shareholders alone on that trade is a monster. It was shareholders funds !

Not all of Sygnia's funds are passive index trackers. Their actively managed funds are expensive, under performing and hold every dodgy share in SA. She should clean up her own company before making hypocritical comments like the ones she made.

You are quite correct, I think six CA's on the board who apparently are all dumb.
