My information which is usually very good is that the fraud is huge.
and has been operating for a number of years
The idea was to boost the share price and along the way some funds appear to
have been lost in the wash Diverted?
Wiese appears to have underwritten the share issue and may be in serious trouble
with the banks
The business nett asset value is now probably worth much more than the share value
It now needs a Brian Joffe at the helm to recover

Not only can he, from the looks of things he will be going for a long time.

No tears from me.

....what's the deal.....if convicted can/will they take his assets....shares in other entities etc....does he have a chance of trying to get liquid by selling assets before any charges are formulated..... what if he was merely "sailing close to the wind" as some have said..... and did not actually commit any prosecution able offences..... :huh:

I don't think this was only one person's doing. Surely his fellow board members must have had an inkling of what was going down.
