Clean feed is magic for me
But I pause it for 30 seconds or so and it never buffers after I restart

.....the audio stream also pauses on my new phone....when I restart it goes back to the place where it paused from.....throwing the delay even further than the initial 30-40 sec delay.....
.....I'm audio streaming at no charge....but if I was paying for live full streaming and was having this type of sh!t I would stop my subs.....I got a new phone and 10MB free for this month and was considering capitulating and actually paying for streaming.....but now....no thanks....

My biggest gripe is when I make the feed full screen and then return to normal, the screen remains full but shows in the small screen format.
Then I have to log out, log back in and restart.
Other than that, for me the picture quality is very good

I don't think I am 'out of school' in posting the email hereunder which I sent to Rob Scott on 09/11/2017:
Dear Rob,
I am shamelessly writing directly to you regarding a recent issue about which nobody appears to be aware of.
• I punt only on UK racing.
• All of my racing business is transacted through Interbet.
• I rely, therefore, exclusively on the UK stream which I access through my desktop PC. (I actually use 2 PC’s; one just for the picture & the second to access the Interbet exchange.
In the last week or so there appear to be changes which materially affect my ability to ‘play’effectively.
• The front end view has changed slightly from the format in which it was presented until very recently.
• One of the problems this has created for me is the following : If I need to temporarily ‘minimise’ my picture to access another programme I cannot ‘maximise’ it later and then also access the volume, picture size etc., controls as they are no longer visible on the screen; no matter what I do or try. I then need to log out completely & then login again to access the starting point which will then allow me access to those functions/tools. This often results in a further delay in accessing the picture as more than 25 minutes may occasionally have elapsed since my last bet.
• The new format has, since Monday, brought with it a far more serious impediment – a significant time lapse. I quickly found the tool which allows you to adjust this on screen but, even with the delay button positioned at the far right of the picture ( representing the shortest delay), the variance between ‘live’ and ‘delayed’ varies between seconds & minutes in some instances. But ‘live’ it definitely is NO LONGER.
This is creating chaos in my betting patterns as markets are closing, in some instances, up to 5 minutes before they jump according to the stream. Example: As the stalls open for a 3200m race I am confounded to see the result posted on my Interbet account!
UK racing comes thick & fast so anything less than ‘live’ is a disaster. This week a number of markets arbitrarily closed on me when the picture indicated we were still minutes from the start.
When I reported this to Interbet they were unaware of any problem although Barry kindly undertook to report the matter.
The problem seems to escalate mainly during peak viewing periods when multiple meetings are ongoing. The evening meetings seem less affected but not entirely live.
I have no problem with a delay of, say, a couple of seconds but the present situation will very quickly finish off what is already a much reduced punting career. Adding this complication to an activity already heavily stacked against the player might just prove to be the final straw for me.
I received this reply on 09/11/2017 :
Thanks for the mail looking into it will revert
.......and that's the last I have heard.
I think it would be difficult to find a company so utterly dismissive of its customers.

Garrick be reasonable and not such a moaner.
Its only been three weeks.
From what I am being told, sabotaging formgrids has taken priorities, so suck it up and be grateful that you have any feed at all. Without Phumelela we would have had no racing. So be grateful and STFU.
