it seems like they only have 3 stipes going on the last few months history therefore none of them can object as you cannot have 2 stipes deciding the outcome ..it happened at scotsville a few months ago where the connections are forced to object..THIRD WORLD FUCKING RACING

This is why this regulator needs regulation. They act as if they do not have to follow rules and when caught out nothing changes. The rot definitely starts in the head, the MD is clearly underqualified, the racing control marathon runner doesnt have a clue. What do we expect if those two are the brains trust?

Moodley is the NHRA legal guy. His knowledge about horse racing is limited at best. He may be a registered stipe but he is not sufficiently qualified to act as one. His ability to read a race is is very very questionable. He is a novice without proper training. He is another one who thinks a fetlock is an overweight rugby player.

The tragedy here is that we dont have independant journos who should be investigating these issues ..the nhra are paid by gold circle and phum and the journos are also paid by gold circle and phum which leads to the attitude of I DONT GIVE A FUCK
