Hi Durbs

The team have been informed of the issue this morning as only one of the three Aussie venues displayed the Pick 3 this morning.

Until the error is rectified if you click on the double arrow next to the venues name, all the races at the venue appear. If you then click the drop down box for the bet types and select Pick 3 the betting grid appears and bets can be struck.

Dammit!Trying to play a pick 3 at Belmont Park and guess what?It says pick 3 but then the screen has no numbers to play.I have brought it to Hollywoods attention a few times and nothing has come of it.Maybe they can't sort it out or maybe they just don't care,I really don't know.

Kyle and Dev,how hard can it be to make sure all the relevant bets are loaded into the betting portal in the morning before the races?You have known about these problems for a while now.

Hi Durbs,

The Pick 3 was available for Belmont, and we took a number of bets for it. I have sent you a private message as I would like to call you to chat about the issue you are experiencing as i need to know what platform you are using that you encounter these issues. That way we can narrow down where the isolated issue may be and pass it on to the Development team.

Kyle,Dev and Darren,Shepparton doubles not loaded onto the system,please try sort it out.The pick 3 is available as is the Penrith doubles but no Shepparton doubles.
