Super Rugby buy-in competition?

Looking at the buy-in competition offered for Feb 18 Turffontein made me thinking...

Why not a Super rugby buy-in?

1. We create an "ABC" Superbru account. Therefore NO ADMIN!
2. Entry fee goes into "safe" account (Maybe R200 or R300?)
3. Competition stretches over 7 or 8 months, so just imagine the fun banter thread between members and their selections
4. Longest your R300 will ever last!
5. Prizes paid same as in horseracing (1st 5)
6. Maybe we can get some sponsors for "player of the month"

Etc. Etc. Etc....

I just dont know how you guys work with the money transfers etc, so who will be willing (and trustworthy :P) to manage this? BOB? MAGI?

Any thoughts?

Hi I am in just not familiar with this so do we pick game by game or a team to win . Maybe give an explanation to us that are not familiar.

Warren, you pick who you think will win and by how much. You get 1 point for a win and 0.5 points for being within 5 points of the winning margin. You can also get other bonus points for getting it exactly right and if you pick all the games right for the weekend you get a few more points.

I am happy to join too.

I would be in... I think. Is far too long and too tedious to have to do every weekend imo.
