I get annoyed when something is done on purpose. It is not good at all that it went down and I could not log on but anything can go wrong on big days and sometimes does. Went down on the tote on July day when a problem in Jhb. Does anyone really think that Hollywood did this on purpose or if they could have prevented it they wouldn't have? Like on July day it cost the operators a fortune. Can you imagine what this breakdown must have cost Hollywood? Dev does a great job. Things go wrong in any industry. No one can tell me it doesn't happen. Pity but not on done intentionally.

Prevention Craig, they marketing is topclass but maintenance and management of their product is what you seen today. I hope many punters learned like me today... time to move on to a better product
