Hi Guys,

Got some winners yesterday + the jackpot Paying over R2k.

Race 2: Mount Keith(9) 2-1 (Hails from the cape where he won well, ran against a good sort 2 runs back. Take swg & Exa with the 3)
Race 3: Golden Tongue(2) 7-2 (Ran a cracker last run with blnkers, should win!!!!)
Race 4: Angel Of Athens(4) 12-10 (Yet another Fourie/Kotzen combo. This will shit in, ran behind Konkola 2 runs back, franked the form by running 2nd on tuesday in open company. Watch Strawberry Lips(13) she will ejoy this extra 600m)

I notice that there is a strong reluctance of bookmakers to price up on PE racing ........all the ones I use, price up as late as possible (interbet have no exchange betting at nearly 10am)
I assume that they have been caught/hurt badly there!
Would be interesting to know if there are any patterns to that!

R1 Fourie
R2 Fourie (Fontenoy)
R3 Fourie
R4 Fourie
R5 Fourie (has good weight swing with Notting Hill, 5kgs for 1.75l in penultimate, also has a better draw than he had that day and Fourie up. Grape Vine also a chance at the weights. NH obviously also has claims, worries me that "the Greek" is flying down and no stable comments).
R6 Quick Sham double with Cape Rebel. Main danger for me is Rush In but a pretty open looking race. Seattle Swing a big price but coming off an 11 week break following 2 sub-standard runs, prior form would give him something of a chance. Jockey bookings suggest Streak (new stablemate to CR) not today but...
R7 Silvan Jazz
R8 Don't think it might be as obvious as the market suggests. Killala on 3rd run after a break has a big weight swing with Leopard Orchid and maybe worth chancing at the prices. Speedy Suzy if producing. South Side could make Fourie's (and Kotzen's) day even better.
R9 Fourie. Good win in penultimate and excuses lto, if reproducing penultimate a big runner imo, especially with Fourie up. If The Cowboy Kid does not suffer from 2nd after the rest syndrome then must have claims if coming on for that return run. Oh Boy, coughing last two, if all well then also in the vicinity.

PE raiders really make PE racing a lot less interesting. Just my opinion / personal feeling.

Be(s)t of luck to all
