As far as I know level mass . They are both recent grade 1 winners

Fillies and Mares allowance 2,5 kg.
Northern Hemisphere Allowance : three-year-olds 2,5kg • four-year-olds 1,0kg
PENALTIES (General conditions and allowances)
(a) Winners of Grade/Group 1 races will incur a 2,0 kg penalty
(b) A current three-year-old that is a winner of a Grade/Group 1 race restricted to three-year-olds only will incur a 1,0 kg penalty
(c) Winners of Grade/Group 1 races restricted to two-year-olds only will NOT incur a penalty
(d) Only Grade/Group 1 Races as listed in Part 1 of the International Cataloguing Standards Blue

Merit Rating, its current racing form and competitiveness in the Graded and Listed stakes programme over the past year

If Captain America does not win the Queens Plate but has a good preparation going into the Met and if it decides to run it will be 2.5kgs better off on Legal Eagle on their 2016 Met meeting for just a 1 length beating. 5/1 to run in the first four is very tempting...

Agreed. I was hoping for a more realistic price on Heavenly Blue...but at 16/1....way too short.
