Going to a wedding today so tried to register for live coverage ........(jinitially just a month to test the service.)
When I tried to pay I get a notice saying:
"Index was out of range.Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection"
What language is that and what does it mean??
Amazing how difficult it is to support any division of "P".

It's a bit of a ball ache trying to get them to anything on a weekend. They only process payments normal office hours Mon to Fri.

Thanks ....that explains it!........ that message I got is obviously code for "piss off and come back Monday!"
It truly astounds me that the stakeholders of racing think its fine that a business ,that operates its core business "out of office hours|" as much as possible ,for obvious reasons,would believe that all the Support activities should operate independantly,in different time frames.
eg. there is no customer care available during night racing so if there is an issue ,tough!!!!
Imagine if casino tellers didn't operate at the same time as the croupiers?....lol

I must say it took me a while until i subscribed and because i dont trust setting up debit orders i chose to try it out on the month to month basis R70 pm. If you do a same bank eft or atm deposit it actually picks up the payment without me notifying them and within an hour sometimes i get sms from them saying payment recieved.

I'm also on a month to month, I knew my subscription was up end Dec so I made a payment in the week with the notifications etc, got two days off, today and tomorrow, gonna punt, ' SORRY FOR YOU!" They haven't kept my account active................ BLIND!

These days when looking at the replays 1 in 4 don't pay. They display an error message shown below.
Buffering too long: URL has expired or you have an unstable internet connection
Please use reference "BVyzq" when contacting Support.
My connection is just fine.

Happens to me after I've been logged in for a while , logging in again and refreshing usually solves it

Is anybody elseout there having hassles viewing the site. I have never been able to watch a race from parade to finish, ever!
Now the replays are also buffering constantly.
I have a decent connection and stream a news channel most of the time. Never any issues there, that's free. I'm paying for this.

....this is exactly where I did not want to be if I did take up this option.....initially my poor ADSL both at home and in the office saw to it that I would not be able to stream effectively....now had I invested in upgrades to my ADSL to fibre at substantial cost and started getting the connectivity problems Hugh is now highlighting I'd be seriously pissed off....as it is I have had continuous problems just trying to stream audio which hardly ever works either.... :ohmy:
