Yes Hugh, it is terrible. I can watch streaming on supersport all day long with no buffering. At tellytrack.com it buffers all the time and for some or other reason at 9 seconds and 19 seconds. Asked for assistance at online help but they couldn't give a logical answer. It also seems worse around race time when I imagine more people are watching and their server can't handle the volume.

Will definitely not be renewing my subscription with them.

also having the same issues but contacted them got some long form to fill out and just left it as its like speaking to goverment officials..i wish gold circle youtube took over all the replays countrywide their site is quick clear and also shows the interviews and is downloaded very quickly after a meeting is completed ..

Agree with you on that suggestion mate, Gold Circle replays on YouTube top class

i find the stream to my windows phone works well (but some days no stream because it is down but buffering is not a problem) - on my pc - one running win 7 other win 10 I have endless problems - I actually can't watch the stream most days on PC..I have LTE so cannot be a speed issue

I have the same on both feeds but the clean feed is better than the main stream.

For some weird reason it buffers the whole time on my laptop but on my smartphone (Huawei) it's smooth most of the time. And i use the same wi-fi for both. I cancelled my subscription after one month after endless problems getting it to work properly.

I have had similar problems to many of the above . It seems browser related most of the time. And changes from time to time as well. Sometimes will be fine in IE then suddenly not, but working fine on safari.
Likewise have been able to switch to Firefox. Or chrome to get it to work , and then the next day works fine on any browser. Worth a try if you stuck on a weekend
