CALLING HOLLYWOODBETS - PLEASE HELP

Can some kind soul from Hollywoodbets please assist.



I am unable to access the live in-play section on the website and I currently have funds in the live in-play section. When I click on the Live in-play tab it routes me back to the main desktop site or to the mobile site.

I called in earlier today and was advised that the developerers would address the issue.

I've had no word yet and I am still unable to transfer the funds from the live in-play section to the main account.

Is Dev still around?

We are aware of an issue whereby the withdrawal was not crediting your main account. The Dev team however advised that this issue has been fixed.

Thanks for following through and getting the issue sorted, managed to transfer the funds to my main account.
