Uk & Ireland Wednesday Cards

R3 Newton Abbot Taste The Wine E/W. This is his time of year and he has his ideal conditions today. Has been steadily running into form both over hurdles and (last time) on the flat and has become very well handicapped (off only 88 today, last hurdles win was off 105). This looks a bit weaker than the handicap hurdles he usually contests and he can go well at 16/1 or bigger.

R6 Newton Abbot Louis Phillipe E/W. Likes it here and is now very well handicapped (10lbs lower than when a decent third in this last year). This isn't a strong race and he can go well at 9/1 (Sportingbet).
