Shame on Tellytrack

Before Tellytrack began a pay site you could get the Trainers comments and tips the day before the meeting at midday on Facebook and Twitter.
Now you are lucky if they even post and when they do its often late. Many people I see have complained on the Facebook Tellytrack page that they like to see the selection so they can work out there permutations. They state that they need the tips the evening before as they are unable to gamble at work. Tellytrack have ignored this.
Rob Scott how narrow minded can you be? You are holding back on information beneficial to tote turnover for the sake of a few subscriptions to your pay site. I am sure Vee and Dean at Bettingworld would be shocked if they knew.

They could always post them on the Tellytrack site and get extra income through those subscribers interested in what used to be posted on facebook etc. Wouldn't take an Einstein at Tellytrack to think of that one or am I missing something...
Of course, with regard to the trainer comments, if they actually made an effort to get worthwhile and "widespread" comments they might even boost their subscriber numbers by an extra one or two (thousand...?)
And while I'm here. Bit shit charging for replays if they are not going to make sure they have them for every race. A few times I looked for a replay there was nothing there.

Thanks and great for the response...
but I think they are on a hiding to nothing...it needs to be subsidised...lose the interest...lose the player...

for me...the bottom line is that I believe I make a better decision from watching the horses...If I don't think I have a fair chance, I'm not even remotely interested...

to gain market share...you have to create artificial interest...charging for it...is not the solution...

Well they aren't exactly setting the world alight. Seems they have reached their 501st subscriber. After how many months?

I honestly think that the establishment do not really understand their customers............you read here about the value of info and that it is worth paying for ,and I agree entirely .......but so many don't!!!!!
When I had a cubicle at Tattersalls you would be surprised how many punters would put a few hundred on a horses ,but would borrow somebody's Computaform to choose it, because they wouldn't spend the R20 to buy one!
Could never understand it!
(It would be interesting to know how many posters who swore by Formgrids have signed up for the entire package?)
