Woke up thinking the same, the turf tracks in KZN battle with the dew (as do the Sharks players :pinch: ), let alone a continuous shower. Weather is clearing up right now, so should be a good day to race, but on which surface?

Question guys, if one has a bet/ticket with both poly and (as intended) turf runners, what is the position now?, i.e. only the poly runners still stand and the turf selections fall away, or, does the entire ticket become null and void, or does the entire bet still stand?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Only poly part of double stands, the turf side of doubles or trebles will be like a scratching.

what message are you sending out when you have had 22mm of rain in the last 7 days and just 8mm in the last 24 hours and you cant stage 4 races on the grass surface?

As far as I'm aware all bets and/or refunds will be effected irrespective of poly or turf. Hollywood currently have the betting as closed on all multiples for poly and pending for turf

Legal Eagle 6/10 (0.6/1)
Abashiri 8/10 (0.8/1)
Take each odd and add 1. So legal eagle is now 1.6/1 and aba 1.8/1
Multiply together 1.6 * 1.8 = 2.88/1
The subtract 1: 2.88-1 = 1.88/1
Thats how i work it out lol if double ot treble or quad just follow same steps and at the end minus 1
