R5, Silver Snaffles, should be the one to beat. All three post maiden runs have been against stronger than he faces, and didn't fair too badly either. The drop back in distance shouldn't be a worry as this horse tends to race handy and from a decent draw could have a few under pressure some way out.

Double with Buckland at Turffontein is the way to go for me.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Did they not bet Attenborough to beat the best Juvenile in the CAPE on debut?

RACE 1 ATTENBOROUGH
RACE 4 TIDE IS TURNING
RACE 7 TONYA

Attenborough should doddle home, just can't understand the Ramsden stable using Dillon as their stable jock, always good for a heart attack or two watching him ride.

Eeeek Bayern I respect your judgement and always pay attention....... But Buckland does not even make my first four selections.!!!! I have Pure Blond to win......

Magi be honest, you only fancy Pure Blond because of the photo which Mac posted on the Turffontein thread, what makes you side with Pure Blond if I may ask?

Race 1: Attenborough and Rand Hedge ran well behind a nice sort on debut.
Race 2: Whose that Girl looks hard to beat. Shizam should enjoy the 1200m and looks the right one for the exacta.
Race 3: We have Silver Laurel. Nice filly, but will need further and will improve with a run. If not too green may sneak a place. Juba looks the right one.
Race 4:Not much between #s 1-4. If Oli Miranda jumps on terms is the one to beat.
Race 5: open contest. Value bet is The Best of Me @ 33/1
Race 6: Competitive. Hodgson has two nice horses coming off easy maiden wins. Mr Bond, Megamind and Fire Master are the obvious inclusions, but I will go Cardinal Call ew.
Race 7: open race. Goodtime Gal and Solana look very progressive.
Race 8: Shall be Free was touched off last time, and hopefully can win this. Mega Secret is the main opposition. Imperial Dancer has the best form, but returns from a long break and has an awful draw, so will struggle here.
