I see SM pulled draw 5. As long as Aldo keeps her handier this time, she should win.

Racing. It's a Rush: Press Release
Subject: Draws for CTS Million Dollar
Date: 14 January 2016

The CTS Million Dollar final field and draw announcement was made on
Tellytrack amid unprecedented tension and prior to that the final field and
draw announcements were also done for the Gr 1 R1 million Investec Cape
Derby and the Gr 1 R1 million Klawervlei Majorca Stakes.
The three big races are the highlights of the Investec Day Of Dreams
raceday, to be held at Kenilworth on January 23, and which is being
anticipated with increasing excitement due to the big money on offer in the
Million Dollar, which will be by far the richest race staged in South
African history.
Charles Laird was the winning trainer of the previous richest race in South
African history, the R3,85 Emperors Palace Ready To Run Stakes run at
Turffontein in November 2014, and would have been delighted to draw pole
position with his Million Dollar candidate Exit Here, having won his last
five starts and earned a merit rating of 105. This horse will likely
attempt to dominate under top jockey Anthony Delpech as he stays further
than the 1400m trip. The other highest rated male in the race, the dual Gr
1-winner the Dennis Drier-trained Seventh Plain, had bad luck with the draw
and will have to overcome barrier 19. Anton Marcus is booked to ride him.

The highest merit-rated horse in the race is the Gr 1-winnning filly, the
Mike Bass-trained Silver Mountain on 111, and she drew beautifully in five
over a trip she should love and Aldo Domeyer stays aboard. Piere Strydom
will ride Gr 2 Selangor winner, the Joey Ramsden-trained Hard Day’s Night,
from a plum draw of two. South African Champion Jockey Gavin Lerena is on
the up-and-coming and aptly named Justin Snaith-trained A Time To Dream,
who will have a tough task reversing form with Silver Mountain from draw 9.
Redcarpet Captain will attempt to make it two big CTS Sales race success
this summer for the KZN yard of Gavin van Zyl yard, but this horse, who is
ideally suited to the trip, has to overcome draw 18. Brandon Lerena rides.
Sean Tarry has two runners and joins Laird, Drier, Van Zyl and Mike Azzie
as the only out-of-town trainers represented in the race. His chief hope
Lunar Approach has plenty of class but has to overcome a draw of 14.
Azzie’s useful filly Melliflora jumps from draw 11. Bass’ improving Ernie
has a tough draw of 17 and the promising Vaughan Marshall-trained
Victorious Jay also has a tough draw. There are four reserve runners and
the horses in the main draw who are drawn outside of them will
automatically come in a position or two if they are scratched.

Mike Azzie has a powerful hand in the Cape Derby over 2000m but he landed
tough draws of 16 with Abashiri, who will be ridden by Gavin Lerena, and
with Gr 1-winning Rabada, who will be ridden by Anton Marcus from draw 13.
The exciting Snaith-trained Politician Stakes winner Black Arthur has drawn
well in five and stable jockey Bernard Fayd’Herbe replaces Piere Strydom.

In the Majorca Stakes the brilliant Duncan Howells-trained Same
Jurisdiction will love the step back to 1600m and has at last landed a good
draw of two. Her chief rival Inara has also drawn well in six. The other Gr
1-winner involved, Entisaar, has a tricky draw of ten. Gr 2 KRA Fillies
Guineas winner Alexis is drawn well in seven. Bichette is a classy sort who
has probably not put her best foot forward yet but has a tough draw of 16.
Lanner Falcon could upset the applecart from a plum draw of five. Fear Not
and Double Whammy are among other capable sorts involved.
