this is ridiculous you can not take every incident to the tv the only reason every one is making a meal of it if this happened earlier in the game no one would have said a thing and by the letter of the law he was not allowed to refer to the camera end off MOVE ON
And you so called expert have got blinkers on and very short memories I recall a game between the bokke and ausies at the bafana stadium the first game there the ausies were given a penalty at about the same spot as this last one and that clearly wasn't one we lost by 2 point and the tri nations because off that
The moral of the story is NO REF NO GAME foot ball has got bigger problems because the don't make use of the camera. GIVE THE REF A BREAK

Its laughable how people think this is the 1st time Joubert has screwed up in a huge game.. Totally inept! No balls to make the big call.. A quote from Joubert just before RWC2015 on the RWC2011 final.. "Like any other game, I did a self-review of the
World Cup final, and I think what is important to
know is that I'm not perfect. So of course there
were learnings, of course there were things that I
would do differently," Joubert said.
"But at the same time the real lesson I'll take out
of that game was the realisation that, when
you're in a big final and there's one point in it for
the last half an hour to go, an enormous amount
of scrutiny comes on every decision and every
non-decision.
"One could fear the scrutiny or one could so
want to be in that environment that you
embrace it and accept it for what it is. I love
being in the arena, I love the big occasion, I love
the pressure that comes with that and I accept
that scrutiny. I wouldn't give it up for the world." LOL!! He had the balls to atleast make the decision this time around, too bad it was wrong one..

I remember when Bryce Lawrence destroyed the Boks in the last World Cup how the guys on the forum who are supporting Joubert cried like babies. Yes Craig twins and others you really had a go at Lawrence. Even this year you had a go at the ref in the Aussie championship game for allowing the Aussie try. You can't pick and choose.

That, according to you, was an attempt to intercept?
Joubert had no doubt about the penalty – that’s why he gave one.
He now knows he made a mistake – hindsight is always 20:20.
Laidlaw asked him to refer it to the TMO – just another instance where Joubert, the ref., knows the rules and the player does not.
Scapegoating has no place in sport.

yes it was a penalty but it was not a yellow card as he made a genuine attempt to get to the ball, although harsh I have to concede it was a penalty but not a yellow. Joubert gave the ABs the world cup on a plate in the final against France and now he has done the same for the Aussies

If you think Craig was bad wait for this weekend. SA vs NZ- Ausie tmo : Aus vs Arg- NZ tmo. How the f...k they get it right year in and year out is besides me ?
You guys are crying about Craig J what the f.. must we say for all of eternity ? Cricket, rugby and northern hemisphere/Ausie/NZ f... refs. Why, because they know ? Cowboys dont cry they just get shagged.
I think we have been brought up and have become accustomed to always knowing we will get the short end of the stick when it comes to ref's and their decisions. The big difference is however we have remained competitive internationaly on a regular basis over time. We have had to learn to live with it.
So from someone that is by now very thick-skinned my advice would be: Chin up, take a deep breath and swigg, look forward to the day your team is good enough that the ref isnt able to sway the outcome.
