Hi Dev/Holy,

Perhaps you can help me as well!?.

I had a bet yesterday on a baseball match and it appears your staff (traders) don't really know whats going on!.A draw in baseball is possible as the game is settled over 9 innings ( this was confirmed by your staff who sent me your rules). However they claim the game ended in the 9th innings where it in actual fact went 11 innings. Many official sites prove this.
After many emails ( my preferred means of communication) I seem to be getting no more response from your staff.

Many Thanks.................

P.S. A reminder to all punters.......check your tickets and results yourself....and know the rules pertaining to your bets...... :(

Hi Dev

Just a quick one. Is there any reason Hollywood will only take a yankee based on SP. I have to use a different account to bet my yankee bet which is quite a mission as I enjoy doing my horse punting on Hollywood due to early price ups and decent odds.

Just wondering if there is a reason for this.
I didn't choose the #puntlife, the #puntlife chose me!

This is what I now received......completely clueless!!!!!!!!!!!!!..getting worse with each reply.........

Please somebody tell this noodle that in baseball there is always a winner when extra innings are plated!!!!

Please note that these tickets are losing bets, unlike basket ball where they play until there is a winner, in Baseball if after the extra innings there is still no winner that remains a draw and in this case after the extra innings, there was a winner.
