It was 4/1 which is around 20-25% but in your multiple it shouldn’t be a R1000 deduction as it won’t be 25% of whole ticket

@PULSE
With regards to your bet, please note the following:
Race 3 - BOOMPS A DAISY - there was a 20% deduction after Delta Queen was scratched at the start. Therefore the odds you have of 5/2, now becomes 2/1.
Also you must remember that you have included horse racing legs in your multiple, meaning that the payout is now due a 6% horse racing tax.
Your payout is correct as calculated and paid to you.
I hope this clears things up.
Boomps A Daisy - 2.00 (from 2.50)
Malmoos - 0.72
Clouds Unfold - 1.11
Tottenham - 3.05
Liverpool - 0.9
Total multiple odds now: 82.78/1
82.78 x 50 = R4139
R4139 - 6% tax (R248.34) = R3890.66
R3890.66 + R50 stake return = R3940.66
Please advise if all is clear?

How did you "lose"? There was a deduction because of a scratching?

Have to agree pulse
If you are in the game you must be aware if horses get scratched you have a deduction, and if its your horse scratched you get a refund 😳

You are 1000% wrong Johnny, rules are in place to protect BOTH the bookmaker and the punter

Unfortunately this is where the site loses credibility.
We have a genuine concern, it gets a detail response and the moans continue.
Bob and myself have been both sides of the counter.
We had no posts re: please tote/bookies why did you credit my account with R1000 when the horse I backed (Delta Queen) got beaten ?
😪
