All 4 Southern Hemisphere sides to reach the semi finals

SA v Wales, Wales have only beaten the Boks twice in their history and although I am loathe to say it, Meyer appears to have made them start playing with the passion that has been missing for the past 2 years.

ABs v France, France look well spent and the ABs are still playing in 2nd gear. They will now step it up and face the Boks in the semis

Ireland v Argentina , Ireland have lost 3 key players today plus their player of the match number 7 will definitely get citied for his cowardly punch on the Frenchman in the opening minutes of the match, can't understand how the match officials missed that. Argentina getting stronger as the tournament progresses

Australia v Scotland. Scotland played their final against Somoa and the Aussies will wipe the floor off them Australia will be having extra luggage on their trip back in the form of the Webb Ellis trophy

I agree with you dave, the Irish 2nd half performance yesterday without Oconnell and Sexton on the park was the best 2nd half performance of the world cup

absolutely loved the atmosphere at the millenium stadium at cardiff,
watching those irish fans just have the time of their lives! even when game seemed a bit too close for comfort, they kept their spirits up, definately some of the best supporters.

not sure, if that type of support will b at the quarters agains the argentina.

New Zealand are in for a hell of a game.. They may prevail but it won't be easy.. France loses games in their head, its well documented, they have all the talent in the world but when sexton and o'connell went off I'm sure they went "job done" and lost that intensity and french passion.. It won't be the same this week, not by a long shot, as much as New Zealand are looking for revenge for what happened in cardiff in 2007, the French team haven't forgotten the 2011 final nor has its public.. I'm not French but its the only team I've ever supported and that final still hurts, we played a great game, no flair, just pure passion and intensity.. Joubert bottling decisions in the last 5mins, i haven't heard "leave it black" and "roll away black" so many times in 5mins without the refs arm coming out, I swear we felt robbed as much as the ABs did with the forward pass of 2007.. Joubert was scared to make a decision that would lose NZ the world cup.. Maybe it was karma for what happened in 2007, swings and roundabouts, some decisions go for you, some against you.. But we in for a hell of a game come saturday..

Had seats above the centre line yesterday. Best game I was ever at. Hope to meet New Zealand in the final. Go Ireland. "Le coq est mort"
