another question surely this world class company wsb do odds for overseas racing so why no fixed odds scrolling for the british racing on and especially the fact that the tote win and place pools for these meetings are small so they not a good guide for punters ...we really go out of our way to help punters hey?

TO: The site administrators – African Betting Clan
We wish to provide feedback relating to a thread that appeared on your site Forum on Sunday 5th July which referred to Tellytrack and raised the following two issues:
1. The new Fixed-odds betting feed not updating with current prices
2. Fixed-odds betting for international/UK racing
Our IT team had been working feverishly over the last few weeks to complete the system and graphics integration to facilitate the inclusion of fixed-odds betting into the broadcast for Vodacom Durban July day and we were very happy to complete this process on Friday last week just in time for the big day.
Unfortunately, as with many online systems and betting sites over the weekend, the overwhelming amount of traffic on Saturday, along with the added demands of the Tellytrack fixed-odds feed, caused our suppliers system to crash during the course of the day and, surprisingly, this continued into Sunday.
This led to the Tellytrack graphics not updating at times over the weekend, leaving some viewers thinking that we were intentionally only showing “Opening Prices” and not current betting. Our suppliers have acted speedily in both attempting to resolve the issues and in installing a new server dedicated to the provision of information to Tellytrack which is now in place.
The new server should ensure that the fixed-odds betting information updates correctly going forward and we apologise to our viewers for the system failures over the weekend. We will, however, continue to monitor the feed over the next few days to confirm that the initial issues have been resolved.
Regarding the fixed-odds betting on international meetings, we have been having some integration issues with international betting only showing sporadically for UK meetings. We are in the process of identifying the cause within our graphics software and we believe this has been resolved as of Monday afternoon, however, we will continue to monitor it over the next few days.
Warm regards
The Tellytrack Team

Hi WSB - will there be an app developed for iOS in the near future? I have had enough of my current bookmaker and looked to change however the ease of an app over mobile website is a huge draw card.
I didn't choose the #puntlife, the #puntlife chose me!

it helps when you have a RACING MAN in charge WHO understands the urgency of getting the fixed odds scrolling for the benefit of punters and ultimately turnover..well done rob scott
