Percy Sledge has sadly passed away today Tuesday April 2015 at the age 73. Rest in Percy.

I will never forget the song "When a man loves a women"

Very sad news,one of my favourite singers
I saw him at the Panorama in Elsies River many moons ago
In the eighties i saw him again at the Three Arts with PJ Powers as main supporting act{Hotline her group?}

Very sad day for my friend Robbie Ziegler Percy was a main contributor in getting his shop Look n Listen off the ground..RIP Percy

I saw Percy "live " in then Rhodesia - 1977 I think it was. Probably my 1st international " star " I had seen apart from Des & Dawn Lindberg & 4 Jacks & a Jill haha.
