Always wondered why PE 2yo's carry 58kg and Capetown 2yo's carry 60 kg ?

"Eventually they will carry 60 in all provinces. KZN has also started it. Each province will start carrying 60 from the start of their new race programme brochure. The timing of that varies from province to province but eventually they will all catch up."
