I played Fountainbleau racing today, don't ask me why.
Anyway, played all my bets with a banker, no. 3.
3 was scratched at the start.
Here are my bets with outcomes

Win on 3. Returned R1 a win
Exacta 3 x 1. Loss?? Dividend declared for 3x2 [winner was 2]

Am I missing something, I normally assume if banker is scratched its a full refund

The Exacta Pool is commingled so French Rules apply,

If a selection is scratched, the remaining selection qualifies for a consolation payout equal to the WIN Payout providing the remaining selection wins.
