Arrogant in the extreme and an ego bigger than table mountain.
But his racing knowledge is extraordinary and he understands every facit of racing. IMHO, the man is a genius.... And could easily run racing or nhra etc if he wanted to.

Top man is Robert Bloomberg, hails from the line of Abe Bloomberg, one would presume.
Outspoken, yet knowledgeable and has the strength of character to " go against the grain "
and question certain dogmas, even if it means falling out of favor amongst some people!!!
Let us have more of him in future programmes or give him his own show, for entertainment's sake.

You should learn to read properly, something we are all guilty of mostly.
I cannot see how you got to your response to Leseding if i read what he wrote.
Good debate can only occur in response to the facts and stripped of emotion.

Matanzima was entertained at Milnerton racecourse by Mr A Bloomberg Roberts father did not appear to be interested in racing at all.
He got into trouble because he was the messenger working for Kerzner as his attorney

so after the result of the cape guineas are the handicapers still so clueless?after taking off the wfa are the first 2 past the post still over rated?the connections of both top 2 horses are talking about an English and Dubai campaign what would you like them to be rated as a mr 80 so they can run in a handicap at southwell?

I seem to remember that he did say that Act Of War may well go on and win the Guineas but that the 113 was more on reputation than performance...perfect example of Rob's argument ran the other day but no comment was made, how on God's earth is Guiness a 114 which meant going into Saturdays race he was in fact rated higher than Act Of War.. :woohoo:

10 years 5 months agothe fact that the horse couldn't breath didn't help him titch and furthermore if you couldn't see he ran well below his rating in a plate race then I cant help you..he won a group 1 race as a 2yo and his rating in net terms is in the low 100 s..what gross rating should a group 1 winner get ?Titch wrote: I seem to remember that he did say that Act Of War may well go on and win the Guineas but that the 113 was more on reputation than performance...perfect example of Rob's argument ran the other day but no comment was made, how on God's earth is Guiness a 114 which meant going into Saturdays race he was in fact rated higher than Act Of War.. :woohoo:
